At Hex Performance & Therapy, training is never one-size-fits-all. Every program is designed specifically for the individual based on their orthopedic assessment, injury history, surgical history, goals, lifestyle demands, and current physical capacity.
No two people move the same, recover the same, or respond to training the same. For that reason, no two programs should be identical.
Our approach begins by understanding how your body functions and then strategically applying exercise to improve the qualities that matter most for your goals. Whether your objective is reducing pain, improving strength, increasing athletic performance, returning from injury, enhancing longevity, or simply feeling better throughout the day, every exercise has a purpose and every phase of training has a reason.
ASSESSMENT
At Hex Performance & Therapy, the orthopedic assessment serves as the foundation for every program we design. Before prescribing exercise, we believe it is essential to understand how the body moves, where limitations exist, and what factors may be contributing to pain, dysfunction, or decreased performance.
This assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive picture of the body from both a healthcare and performance perspective. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we evaluate the movement systems that influence how you function in everyday life, recreation, and sport.
What We Assess
Our orthopedic assessment consists of 100+ objective measurements throughout the body, allowing us to identify movement restrictions, strength deficits, stability concerns, compensation patterns, and potential injury risks.

GROUP TRAINING
At Hex Performance & Therapy, we believe group training should never come at the expense of individualization.
Unlike traditional fitness classes where everyone performs the same workout regardless of ability, injury history, or goals, our group training model is built around the individual first and the group second.
Groups are intentionally capped to ensure every participant receives the coaching, attention, and exercise prescription necessary to train safely and effectively. Through our assessment process, we gain an understanding of how your body moves, allowing us to make modifications and recommendations specific to your needs while still creating a motivating group environment.
